Correcting a sentence

For a factual correction, the useful details are the page, the sentence at issue and the passage in the published paper that bears on it. A DOI or PubMed identifier makes a paper unambiguous. Differences in a trial’s population or follow-up period can change the meaning of a claim as much as a wrong percentage.

A correction about appetite could change the argument: whether an outcome was measured, reported by participants, or proposed as an explanation. Those distinctions matter to the argument here.

Individual medical decisions

GLP-1 Me provides no medical advice and cannot answer questions about an individual’s symptoms, treatment or medication choices. Those questions need a clinician who can consider the person’s health and circumstances.

The about page describes the purpose of this table, and the reading list gathers the published sources behind the essays.
